I read that they are flimsy and flimsy and I hardly bought them but I needed something to bake and transport Thanksgiving meals. I thought if they were too weak I would double them. They were fine and worked great. Yes, they bend, especially when empty, but it's a malleable material. I suppose there are "heavy" options, but I loaded one of them with thick scalloped potatoes with no problem. Support them underneath when putting them in the oven, especially if they are heavy, and transport them on baking sheets. I have had no performance issues with these disposable pans.
