Broken nozzle best in skincare

I don't know if they are supposed to be sealed or not but the refills came that way. One of the nozzles was broken. It was at the bottom of the box and when I put it back it didn't work and nothing fell out. But everything else looks fine. The other 2 bottles work perfectly. Lost a star due to a broken nozzle. Overall, Dove is the shower gel I prefer. As disappointing as it is.
