We had 2 Harbor Breeze fans outdoors, one barely moving, the other not working at all. This repair cost me $10 compared to buying two fans for $129 each. Beyond is thrilled that it worked. I saved $260. I turned off the switch, cut the existing wires and remembered where the 2 gray wires connected to the existing wiring. Plugged the ends and assembled the fan. Using double sided tape to hold the capacitor in place will help with reassembly if you are doing it yourself. Easy to fix.
