I love this rug! Gives a good massage. The neck provides a deep massage while the rest of the mat is more like a vibration. I love that you can use it as a hot massage. I've used it while lying in bed and in my chair, love that it's portable and easy to move around. I like it very much sitting or lying down. This thing has more cycles and zones than I can name. You can isolate the massage to different zones, say you just want to send a message to your neck, you can massage your neck or not, you can also turn off that zone, very versatile in the way you can achieve it a great personal experience. I'm 1.80m tall and it massages me from the neck to just below the knee on top of the calf muscles. The heating function is great. I like to use it after a long day at work to relax my muscles, during a massage it gets nice and warm. You don't have to use heat, but it's nice. It has time settings so you can increase the time to 30 minutes or less. The remote control is excellent, the wired remote control is on the side when the control panel is easy to read and understand. It works great and works great. Good thing it's connected to the mat so I don't lose it. It has good wire to hold it while you massage it, more than enough to position it in the right spot during the massage. Very happy with the carpet.
