EDIT: After receiving an email from the manufacturer I was asked to send photos of the problems encountered. When they saw the broken zipper they offered to send me a replacement bag for free! This one works *much* better than the first - both zippers go in circles and minimally snag on fabric or whatever. I'm changing this review from two stars to four stars because I see how heartfelt, quick and easy the manufacturer's response to this question was (not to mention effectiveness!) and how great the product works (I'm having a bad one right now got the first time). once). You can still see my original review below ----------------------- I ordered this product thinking it would be perfect for carrying around my fountain pens - and I think that's good. Not only does the zipper wrap around the thing at an odd angle, but one of the zipper pullers just doesn't work. Also when trying to get it to work the zipper fell straight up. I would return it but a. I'm too lazy b. technically it still works, and c. I'm having trouble finding something that suits my needs for a pen holder (size and style mainly) such as this. It's a shame it was of such poor quality. Despite everything, it's cheap. It fits your pens and pencils. Personally, I'd love to see mine fall into the hands of something a little better quality.
