If you're slim to medium weight, go one size smaller than you're used to.
Nice shirt. Lightweight and durable. Just expect to get one size smaller than what you're used to. I'm 6" 3" and 180 lbs and a regular medium height. I'm usually tall. Only bring long sweatshirts if you are over 6ft 7in tall. The mid-length body fell under my crotch.
