I fell in love after installing the first doorknob! They are about 95% accurate "match". Carbon fiber is matte and thin. Fits almost perfectly to my real carbon mirror housings. love love love! As long as they stay in the wash I'll keep my 5 star rating. Expert Advice. Wipe your hands and fingers with alcohol. Then VERY CAREFULLY place the top of the thick part first. I moved the back of the thick part about 3 times to get it right. Also, after applying it, I heated it with a hot hair dryer and gently pressed it from all edges. It took me about an hour but I was very precise.
