I bought four of these and just ordered number five. I have Bose Soundlink Mini 2's everywhere in my house. The soft silicone case fits perfectly and looks great. Accessing the speaker controls and charging port is easy and doesn't prevent the speaker from connecting to its charging dock. The soft silicone cover protects the speaker from dust and small bumps, but I wouldn't call it sufficient protection for rough use or when traveling. The heavy plastic lid offered by Bose is better suited for these situations, but is more expensive and doesn't fit as well as the soft silicone lid.
