Review on 🔧 GAMA Electronics 12VDC RF Remote Control System with Auxiliary Switch Leads - RF340-4PR-ASL for 4-Motor Polarity Reversing by John Campos

First I gave this product an amazing review for its easy connection and functionality. However, I briefly reached the limit with one of my bushings and then my bushing only worked in one direction. I replaced the power wires with one of the other connectors and found that it wasn't a connector, it was a problem with the controller as the problem was on the other side. I work on specialized automated equipment, so troubleshooting this type of problem wasn't that difficult. I called tech support to speak to them and they confirmed that I had burned the trace on the control board and said I'm sorry you are SOL and need to buy a new one. I asked how that could happen if they put a circuit in the protection and they told me it worked before so it's not their problem. The bottom line is that their circuit protection doesn't protect the controller properly, so do yourself a favor and stay away from this controller unless you plan to spend $200 a year. It's a shame really because I've recommended this device to people in the past as I'm a member and moderator of several Facebook groups with around 15,000 members.
