Some feel good some not

Actually I wanted to return this vacuum cleaner. BUT I kept trying it and learned a bit about how to optimize its use. What it's not good for: Kitty litter - we use Arm&Hammer - doesn't like the vacuum for some reason and tends to spit out when you try to reverse. BUT it works a little better if you just keep moving forward. This is facilitated by a very pivoting head. So if you've got the movement of a lawnmower, you're in a much better place. What I really love about it is that it picks up pet hair and crumbs really well. Again, it works much better if you're constantly moving forward rather than forward/backward in an area. It also goes well with standard kitchen/doormats. It does not rise when cleaning because the suction power is not strong enough. It's also very comfortable to hold - I can get my 5 year old to use it (he asks) and not have to worry about him hurting himself or anything else and he feels it helps. It's easy to plug in and charges well. To sum it up: Pros: - Very light and easy to use - Nice and easy to use for elementary school kids - Easy to assemble/take apart - Great for picking up pet hair, crumbs and vacuuming carpets/rugs - Lightweight (all vacuum cleaners must have a head light ) - Cordless (hard to find, a decent cordless that doesn't cost a fortune) - Two suction settings, although I feel the difference is minimal at best. Cons: - Learning curve on how to keep it from spitting back (just don't turn it over) - Doesn't pick up cat litter well (at least not the one we use, Arm & Hammer) even if we avoid backwards movement - Not great suction overall I would given of what it offers to say together with its limitations the price is a bit high so I wanted to return it. But due to Covid it's not easy to get a refund right now and I tend to consider everything. Consider buying on offer. In my opinion a good price would be $20-$30 less than the current full price list. Have fun vacuuming!
