I received this product for free to review but as always, even though I received a free product I am completely honest in my review. My observations follow below in more or less chronological order. * He calls himself a mozzarella cutter, but he's basically an egg cutter. * Cutting wires are 1/3 inch apart * Fairly standard design, cutting wires are quite thin. So they will take some pressure, but this suction cup will not last a lifetime. The wires break under pressure greater than that of the egg. Trust me as someone who has broken an egg slicer trying to cut mushrooms. plastic bracket. Overall not bad for a "simple" slicer. Nothing fancy but a reasonable budget choice.
