Review on Blueline BA12.P MiracleBind Punch System | 12.875 x 3.125 Inches by Kristen Reid

Works great but very poor design. First, there are black metal bars that prevent the paper from entering. (What?!) Then I realized they need to be stabilized for shipping, but the box (where sparse instructions are printed) says NOTHING what they are or how to dispose of them. Click on the bar and you can slide it out. This issue has been resolved. Now I can punch through the paper. But what tagged policy do I use for my particular MiracleBind (MB) laptop? I have no idea because there are European page sizes, which is fine if the folder is sold as is, but they are measured in inches. I know! Create a blank MB page to find out! The? No suitable instructions? (see photo 1) Okay, I think I can mark my own with tape. (See Photo 2) Now figure out which punch to remove to mimic the MB 3+5 hole system (at least they tell you how!). But seriously. I paid ($25) for a MiracleBind punch that isn't even calibrated for their own product. 😏 Technology wake up! Quality control wake up! Wake up customer service! Other than that it works great (2 papers max is a little lame) but now that I've revamped their product I'm glad I have it!
