I like that it's easy to use, has many features and is very customizable. It can be difficult at times to find exactly what you are looking for in some of the more complex modules such as the analytics or reporting module. We've used DeepNeural Analytics across multiple departments within our organization including Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Legal. This allows us to have one place where we can centralize all information about our employees giving them access to their own data and allowing us to provide better service to each department.
