Review on NitroBots by Michael Cooper

Most importantly, I like that Nitrobots has no sales people at all! It is just an intelligent bot with its own unique voice. The platform is very intuitive to use and it can handle multiple tasks within minutes as opposed to hours or days. There are some things which were not my favorite such as; sometimes the chat window freezes for seconds but does eventually work again without any kind of notice. It also shows "Not Responding" to users who might be in another tab/window when you type your message into the chat box. In addition, sometimes the audio quality drops during chats. You cannot send attachments from NitroBots. So far, this tool is great because I love how fast they respond and help me solve my problems.
