For Pontiac Grand Prix 2002 Note that the left (driver's side) sensor wires are blue and yellow while the right sensor wires are green and brown. The right side comes with heat shrink butt splices (why does this get 5 stars and the left side which has no butt splices gets 3 stars). You can test your sensors with a simple ohmmeter. 1) Disconnect the sensor cable and measure the resistance of the contacts on the wheel sensor (should be around 1200 ohms). If not, the wheel bearing/sensor is bad2) If you read 1000-1500 ohms on the wheel sensor, reconnect the sensor cable3) Go to the EBTCM (Electronic Brake Power Control Module) in the engine compartment: Disconnect the cable/harness4) Use a meter and measure the resistance across pins 20 through 21 (left front sensor). If you don't read the same as on the wheel sensor The wheel sensor cable is faulty (Dorman 970-047 for repair) 5) Use a multimeter and measure the resistance across pins 4 and 5 (right front sensor). If you don't read the same as on the wheel sensor; Faulty wheel sensor cable (Dorman 970-042 for repair)
