Excellent replacement for OEM

The product conforms to OEM specifications, worked fine for a long time. If you have any doubts about the condition of your trailer, replace it with this article and you will not regret it.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • There are some nuances

No more yellow lights

It comes with good shrink sleeves and even little pins to keep it on the control lever which is amazing. Only 4 stars because the pins are too big to fit into the control arm without applying enough force to break the pins AND because the wires are twisted just under the black conduit as opposed to the standard where the twisted cable is cast. Rubber boot and then pipe. Otherwise it connects and my ABS/traction control is happy again.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Fixed an issue with the Pontiac Grand Prix ABS sensor.

I wish I knew about this common problem BEFORE I swapped two hubs! The problem is the corrosion of the factory wiring harness. Upon removal I found that both factory wires were in poor condition and one was broken. The bad part was about 10 inches off the wheel on my loom. This replacement part is great. It includes enough cable to go under the radiator (from the driver's side hub), with plenty of slack for travel. The connector fits perfectly into the factory terminal of the sensor.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Boring packaging

I changed hubs like underwear. I just couldn't get that traction control.

Male I changed hubs like underwear. I just couldn't turn off the traction control light. So I got (bought) a real scanner that also checks ABS/airbag. Found out I have no connection between the instrument and the hubs. Then I realized it was either wiring or a computer. I bought both sides and in about 2 hours everything was ready. The traction control light went out, ABS is working now. So before you tamper with hubs (unless you can hear them whining), use a scanner to see if it can…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Very expensive

Not as thick as the original but works

Well they advertise 'plug and play for easy installation; splicing of wires is not required. That's only half true. The end that connects to the sensor next to the wheel is plug and play. However, you will need to cut and "plug" the original wiring harness into the system. It's very easy to do, just look at the picture. It is clear that you will have to cut this pendant. Another thing is that it doesn't even come close to matching the original suspension. This product has a wire that naturally…

2002 Grand Prix ABS Indicator on Repair Part 2

For Pontiac Grand Prix 2002 Note that the left (driver's side) sensor wires are blue and yellow while the right sensor wires are green and brown. The right side comes with heat shrink butt splices (why does this get 5 stars and the left side which has no butt splices gets 3 stars). You can test your sensors with a simple ohmmeter. 1) Disconnect the sensor cable and measure the resistance of the contacts on the wheel sensor (should be around 1200 ohms). If not, the wheel bearing/sensor is bad2)…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Vulgarity
