Not compatible with my Macbook and colors are not desirable

First off, let me say you get what you pay for. The device is not compatible with the latest MacBook models. For example, my MacBook goes into an infinite loop when trying to connect to the device and all I see is the screen flickering in an infinite loop. Meanwhile, the colors on my computer are terrible. I use Anker on my PC but switched to Macbook and use it as my primary color but most of the colors seem washed out and hard to see.
