Good GPS! on GPS, finders and accessories

This is a good little GPS module. The item arrived well packaged and in good condition. The board is actually GY-GPS6mV1 and the chip is UBlox Neo-6M. What I liked about this GPS module is that it supports something called WAAS, Wide Area Augmentation System. Therefore, off-the-shelf GPS is not very accurate. Specific readings may vary by several meters. The use of WAAS is intended to improve accuracy. And the best part is that it's fully customizable. You can set it up using U-Center software (can be downloaded from u-blox official website) and an FTDI cable. Here's how you can connect it with a FTDI cable: FTDI - UbloxGnd - GndRxd - TxTxd - Rx3.3V - Vcc And if you can connect it to U-Center, you can change many settings in it, e.g. B. baud rate, refresh rate, etc. In my experience, I have found that changing the navigation mode to walk mode is more accurate. I will use it in my RC drones with an OSD flight controller.
