So these shoes are really nice and comfortable. However, they are difficult to put on as they don't look like regular running shoes, which have a tongue and laces that can be untied to fit the feet. They don't have that, yes, they have shoelaces. But really it's just for beauty, once you put your foot in the right hole you'll see that even the laces aren't needed, lol
