Faulty wine opener, avoid
After trying this product, I was extremely disappointed with its performance .The opener struggled to take the cork out properly, often leaving bits of cork in the bottle. The only positive I could find is that it was made from stainless steel. However, this did not make up for the product's major flaw of being useless at opening wine bottles. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this faulty gadget..
