This is a very easy to use product with clear instructions. It wasn't aggressive at all and as you can see our pup was more curious than anything else in the process. Once we sent the package back, we received the results within a few days. They were able to identify some issues that we can now better address with our vet. This kit is much cheaper than veterinary tests and gives similar results. We recommend this product!
