The vacuum that came with my wheeled central vacuum has worked perfectly for 7 years. it was a replacement. It was stiff the first time I used it and I didn't really like it. Now it doesn't spin at all after using it 3-4 times a week for 6 months. The problem is not in a vacuum. It has excellent suction power. This is an awful product.
