I have had the A1 and the A2 and the A3 is by far the best of the two helmets. The A1 has always felt like it has more protection, while the A2 is lighter weight and has better ventilation. The A3 does it all and has more moisture wicking pads in the helmet. The padding can be cut and removed as it is perforated for a custom fit. It also has a sweat guard over the eyebrows to keep sweat from running down your eyes. Peak is more functional as it's easier to adapt and stay on track. The Fidlock buckle is a nice improvement and much easier to use on the fly than fiddling with the buckle. Great helmet with many great features
