Very useful but could be better
This tool is good but I wish it had bubble levels for vertical and horizontal as shown on both sides. Also, a push button lock will sometimes open when used in multiple positions on multiple doors. It should have a thumbscrew to secure it. When doing new work you can just build yourself a contraption for this purpose if you don't need to change the "opening" values. However, if you need to match existing work, this tool comes into its own, especially as the opening varies from door to door.
