Review on 🌲 Accurate Pinless Wood Moisture Meter - Intelligent Inductive Tools, Digital & Portable (2-70% RH) by Bill Russett

I was just looking for a moisture meter without pins to test wood floors. I've done a lot of research but there doesn't seem to be that much revain out there. I have to tell you that this one exceeded my expectations. I have several samples so I tried them. It has 10 different densities based on a known species of wood that can be selected for accurate readings. As in the photos you can see the results when I tested the wood floor samples. It's well designed and responsive. It's easy to use, intuitive, seemingly accurate, and definitely consistent in its own measurements, and it even makes that nice "I AM VERY ALERT" sound and you can set what humidity the alarm goes off at. So you don't have to constantly look at the screen when you explore the forest. I had a General Tools MMD7NP non-contact moisture meter. It only has hardwood or softwood options, which is confusing at times. It was expensive. He claims to be able to discover a water leak in the wall. But apparently any moisture sensor can do that because the wet part of the wall will have a much higher moisture content. Of course, this is non-contact, which makes it more practical as it leaves no traces on the test patterns. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a moisture meter that will not destroy samples.
