Review on OptiOffer by Adrian Allen

I love that this software gives me all my quotes at once so i dont have to go back & forth with clients about pricing for each project. It also keeps track of everything very well which makes it easy when quoting projects or working together as a team. Sometimes there are glitches where you don't get an email notification but other than that its great! We can easily pull up different types of work done by subcontractors who we've worked with before without having to call them out individually. The ability to generate quotes with many different products in one go was very helpful. I didn't like that you could not save or edit any previous quotes once they were generated. It would be nice if there was an option for this. I also found it difficult to see when my quote had been submitted by another user so as to avoid duplicates being sent out. This software has helped us to keep track of all orders received from clients.
