Photo attached. The lid is closed. Does it look airtight to you? π Everything else in the bottle seems fine, but if you mean 100% leaking like a strainer, then this water bottle is for you. π Not worth going back, I don't turn my water bottles upside down very often anyway. I'll just know that if I do and don't, it'll be all over the floor. πEdit: Okay, turns out I *really* can't stand this thing leaking all over the place. I can't toss a bottle in the passenger seat or in my bag, even on my side it splatters all over the place. I find out how many times my water bottles don't stand upright. Absolutely not worth it if the design isn't corrected. Dear company, if you simply replace the rubber nipple covering the hole with a slightly larger one, the problem is solved. Please. Final edit: Just documenting my solution. I have fusible/moldable plastic. I put it in where the nipple goes and then I put the nipple in there. Now it sticks out a little more. It is enough that when closed it really tightly seals the spout, as it should. If you are handy, a creative solution is possible. The bottle is really worth it now. :)
