Terrible Pump!: Paddleboarding

I was so excited to use my iSUP this weekend. One day I came to the lake, took everything out of my bag and the pump broke immediately. The PSI gauge is threaded to screw onto the top of the pump, but it was snapped off so I had to HOLD it the entire time I was pumping to prevent air from escaping the hole it was in should. Every time I unplugged the air pump, it continued to deflate even though the knob was in the "inflate" position. It took me over 45 minutes to inflate this board due to the unknown air pressure (the highest I ever got was 10psi but who knows if the gauge was right). Then I'd have to quickly try to open the valve cover in one quick movement before all the air is out of the board AGAIN! The pump was so cheap it looked like it would break in half after the first use. Once the board was on the water it was so much fun and quality. I would like a better experience right out of the bag. I was so close to rolling it back and forth before even starting it, all because of that crappy pump! If this problem is resolved or you buy your own pump, it's definitely worth it! I hope to get the "pump valve" issue fixed soon so I can reach my full potential at 15psi! I also don't know how to contact the seller to exchange the pump so it looks like I'll have to buy a new one! Damn.
