I like that they are able to see what is going wrong in my sales process by looking at our leads through their eyes! It's very helpful for me because now when something doesn’t go right or there isn't an explanation from someone else within Salesforce/Marketo - this allows us both (marketers + account managers) to figure out exactly why things aren’t working well together instead of just guessing which could be inaccurate sometimes. The only thing i dislike so far has been how long some lead lists take before being loaded into Marketo but thats not really any fault o theirs either since its all dependent upon certain factors such as number of contacts per list etc..I would recommend using LEAD INTELLIGENCE if ever considering purchasing Marketing Automation software!! They've helped increase overall efficiency across multiple departments including marketing automation-we're much more aware than usual due to having accessable insight regarding each individual contact via MARKETO.
