Excellent packaging. I live in Cali and recently did my 100M trip to and from the mountains. I LOVE the strap system it uses, every backpack should use it. It's comfortable and the segment in the middle keeps the water from splashing so it doesn't affect my posture in the corners, I didn't even feel it. There is a lot of water leakage when using the bite valve and the hoses are interchangeable. The hose is removed with the push of a button, which is very simple. Throw a 100-ounce bubble in the fridge and it will cool down quickly. It's also very easy to put it back in the box and reconnect to the handset. The only thing I don't like is that the water tastes like plastic, which I think will go away over time. Also a small point, the clip should be replaceable, I don't like that the hose has to hang to open the backpack.
