I bought this to help inflate the rear wheel on a spoked bike. There is very little room on my spoked bike to get to the valve so this seemed like the answer. After a bit of work, I put on the extension cord and tightened it as far as I could with my hand. The extension was still a bit loose and didn't seem to fit the valve very well. There was no way I could get a tool to tighten it more, so I had to try using it that way. Also, if I have to take out my tools to put this thing on, what's the point? Adding air worked pretty well, but my gauge didn't work with the extension. So I had to keep removing the extension to check the pressure. More pain than just doing it the old way. I'm not saying it doesn't work for others, but not for me. The construction of the extension looked OK, but not great.
