Four stars on stems and valve caps

Works great. No balance issues on my rear wheel even though it's on a big bike. Update: I left this on my rear wheel and it destroyed the valve stem seal after about 3000 miles. Flat tire at 70 km/h. DO NOT LEAVE ON THE BIKE!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Great price

Can't trust them the most for tires and wheels

I put them on my RV but when I went to vent the valve got stuck in the open position and the air came out I couldn't stop it. I came back without carrying the rest. I just can't believe this isn't going to happen when I'm on the road and I'm having a catastrophic blowout from either low pressure or a quick leak.

Disappointment - Valve Stems & Caps

This product is for hard to reach Harley tire stems, the product requires too much force to fully seat onto the stem before the tire is completely deflated. What if you buy it to make it easier to check your tire pressure, that totally defeats the purpose. Instructions should include this question so people don't waste their time making a purchase.

great for bikes

I have a Harley with spokes and the rear valve stem is almost impossible to reach. I need something that points to the side and this fits right in! I've tried some other Pacific Dualies but they were too long or too square to fit, but this one works. You can fill or bleed air like a regular valve stem because it has a valve at the end. I added a bit of weight to the other side of the wheel to make sure it stayed balanced.

  • Impressive

  • Tradeable

The 90 degree valve stem is well intentioned. However

The 90 degree valve stem is well intentioned. However, I noticed that I was having a hard time getting accurate air pressure readings and also trying to increase tire pressure. Another noted that a tire would leak in the valve stem area with a 90 degree valve stem. It is best to place the 90 degree valve stem inside the rim and use it as a jet/extension. It will probably work for most applications!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Retrofittable

Pacific Dualies 90 Degree Valve Stem Extension

One doesn't work at all. When I apply air, nothing gets into the tires. Using a knife I halved the thickness of the rubber gasket and it seems to be working - but not really. I've tried it with the gasket removed and it was guessed that the air would get in just fine, but come out naturally while I was messing with removing the extension. The second works similarly to the first after surgery but is not. I had a pair from another brand and they worked as they should, but they are no longer…

Loose at valve - had to remove to check pressure

I bought this to help inflate the rear wheel on a spoked bike. There is very little room on my spoked bike to get to the valve so this seemed like the answer. After a bit of work, I put on the extension cord and tightened it as far as I could with my hand. The extension was still a bit loose and didn't seem to fit the valve very well. There was no way I could get a tool to tighten it more, so I had to try using it that way. Also, if I have to take out my tools to put this thing on, what's the…

NO USE IF WANT TO LEAVE

I drive a 2015 BMW R1200GS-W and like others here I have difficulty reaching for inflation valves especially when traveling with hard suitcases. Pros: I like that fact. that the stem rotates for easy access. CONS: read on: I bought these with the intention of keeping them permanently, but: the tail finally went far enough that it didn't leak air when touching the 90 degree part; However, to prevent air leaks when touching the 90 degree part, the front one could not be twisted very much at all…

They work great. BUT.

I installed this on my 1983 Honda V65 Magna which is notorious for having virtually inaccessible valve stems, especially when using an air chuck at a roadside gas station. My rubber rear valve stem broke (75+ mph on the freeway!) after years of bending it sideways to allow re-ventilation. own valve on the other end, so you need to make sure you install them securely to avoid leakage. Also, you need to make sure that there are no obstacles to the full rotation of the installed wheel. On my front
