I don't normally write reviews but this product is an exception. I bought this product to treat Leaky Gut after reading that L-Glutamine can help cure it. To my surprise, after just over a week of taking the supplement, my symptoms improved significantly. I feel better physically, I have less joint pain and my bowel movements are almost perfect. I remain skeptical of its long-term use as diet is really the only way to prevent further damage to the gut once it has healed. I intend to stop using it in about a month or so. But I will keep this supplement in case I need it again. Note that I also started taking magnesium and probiotic supplements 3 days ago. So I haven't used L-glutamine separately from magnesium for a long time, but the probiotic is new.
