Although only used a few times while traveling the screen resolution makes the videos unplayable. No cracks, no drips, just an electronic fuzz on the screen. But the sound still works, so maybe a bad solder wire or a defective chip. The other two work great, so maybe we have one of three bugs? For this reason, our rating has been changed to one star. We bought three (one for each child). We love that there are multiple colors. The screen size is big enough to enjoy and small enough to travel in a plane or car. We haven't tried the games and gamepad yet (you'll need to buy 32GB sticks first). Note that the same DVD remote will work on all three devices, so be careful where you point it when purchasing multiple remotes. Our kids are excited to try retro games.
