I ordered two trees, one for my grandchildren (they are brother and sister). One came with extra bulbs and a star on it, the other didn't and believe me they look ridiculous without the star! So my sister in law had to subtract the star from whoever had it to make them match, one couldn't have a star without the other having one too. They live out of state and I didn't want my son or daughter in law to have to return a defective product, I expected this product to be complete for the money I paid for two of them. I just wanted one star above, which a Revain customer service rep says isn't possible. So I'm stuck trying to find another star at a craft store that will hopefully match the tree. I will not buy from this seller again.
