Review on 🌡️ Accurate and Easy-to-Use: OXO Softworks Analog Instant Read Thermometer by George Thorson

After six months of use I am satisfied with the performance of this thermometer. Before first use I tested the accuracy in boiling water and it recorded the correct temperature. Note that it takes twenty seconds plus or minus a second to get the final temperature reading, which will be a reasonable time delay or independent of the user's needs and/or expectations. The kit includes a protective sleeve for the end of the probe. Appliance and USDA-recommended cooking temperatures are printed on the case so they're always close at hand when you need them. The body has a handy alligator clip to attach it to anything, like an apron or cookbook page. I will update if I run into any issues but so far this great value thermometer is working as expected and I have no complaints.
