Review on 🔐 RUYUFE Lid Support Hinge with Soft Close for Toy Box, Cabinets, and Kitchen Support - 40lb Capacity (2pcs) by Mark Holloway

Received my first set. At first I was amazed by the quality. The hinge itself is heavy and looks well built, but the hinge is attached to the case with a metal bracket with a plastic grommet. The plastic was rubbish. They obviously know this because they throw a few more in your pocket. They are fragile (wrong plastic composition). So broke the installation of all jacks. I did an exchange and the second set I got was better and not 1 broke. I'm still nervous about durability but for now I'm satisfied. If they repaired the plastic components with better quality plastic I would give 5 stars but I can't do that with this known product defect. I'm happy with the customer service and not upset with what I got now that it's working.
