Review on Lightweight Multifunction Stainless Exquisite Scald Proof by Amy Davidson

For me this tool has found multiple uses in my kitchen. Basically, according to the manufacturer, it should only be used to remove heated dishes, bowls, pots and pans that have an edge or rim to properly grip the tongs for removing plates. However, I have found an additional use for this awesome little tool. When I received my fryer/convection oven it was supposed to come with tongs but it didn't. Instead of waiting a long time for shipping from Asia to the USA, I chose this multifunctional tool. I don't care if I use it to remove the basket or the grill. Equally helpful is taking pots and pans out of the oven in my stovetop or hotplates out of my microwave and now deep fryer. I also love the fact that these handles contain (for lack of a better word) a rubbery material that stops ceramic plates or saucers from squeaking, but also grips everything I take out of my various ovens. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
