Really nice round fire pit. Alcohol or bioethanol is used as fuel. I have some Regal Flame fuel and it produces a very good flame that almost scares me but seems safe enough when kept away from walls and flammable objects. I use it in the center of my dining table and it's a fun centerpiece even when it's not on. This small fireplace is designed for indoor use, but can also be used outdoors as long as it is not too windy. The quality of this fire pit is excellent and it is made of heavy concrete material. It feels as good as it looks and makes a really nice gift if open flames are allowed. You have to buy the fuel but the nice thing is that it works on alcohol and other less expensive fuels apart from bio ethanol which isn't cheap but makes a great flame. If you just need a small flame you can use 50-60% alcohol and it should work just fine. All in all a really good and interesting thing that I didn't even know existed a few weeks ago. Much more effective than candles, although it doesn't smell as pleasant. You can technically use this to toast marshmallows and they even give you some bamboo skewers in the pack. They also contain an extinguishing device to put out the flames. It's just a metal circle with a small hand attached to it, but it works well. Great price for an item of this quality, I wouldn't be surprised if some fancy gift shops were selling the same item at a significant premium.
