The team at SWA have been amazing to work for - they are so supportive of all our projects (and we've had many!) that it's hard not be completely happy when working here! They're also very knowledgeable about their field which makes them easy people to turn too as you progress through your career there ;) We didn't really know what was going wrong until after having worked together over half-a year but once things were pointed out then everything became much clearer and easier than before!! I'd say this applies across most agencies though rather than just specific issues from one project :) Project management/communication has always gone well between us throughout my time spent within SWA; nothing major comes up again unless something new arises or changes occur outside ourselves during development etc., however if anything does come along then communication can sometimes get lost amongst other priorities / workloads being undertaken by others who may feel like problems should go unnoticed due to lack of resources available elsewhere.
