Review on Enhanced GIS-R2 Internet Gateway for Optimized Business Hotspots by Kari Barley

This is a follow-up to my review from August 2010. I've been using GIS-R2 for over 3.5 years with no problems. Somehow my motherboard blew up a few weeks ago and I called tech support and even though the generous 3 year warranty had expired they fixed my access point for free. I just had to pay shipping both ways. I am very happy with their support and when you call them you are actually speaking to a knowledgeable technician, not a call center who doesn't know anything about the product. I am very happy with the hotspot and helpdesk and would highly recommend this product to small businesses.
