As much as I wanted to love this product, it didn't live up to my expectations. The gateway refers to a partnership with OpenDNS, which offers basic porn filtering. Apparently, OpenDNS has changed its service so that web filtering is available on a free home account or on its new Umbrella business service, which isn't free. The free Prime DNS service only offers some "content filtering" in terms of protection against certain types of malware, no web filtering. If I'm wrong with that conclusion,

Somehow my motherboard blew up a few weeks ago and I called tech support and even though the generous 3 year warranty had expired they fixed my access point for free. When I first got this device I was starting to set it up for a client when out of nowhere it blocked me. Resetting didn't help, so I called support. They asked a few questions and within 5 minutes I received a UPS return label via email. Less than a week later I had a NEW replacement. Thank you for your support and a great low cost gateway.
