When I first got this device I was starting to set it up for a client when out of nowhere it blocked me. Resetting didn't help, so I called support. They asked a few questions and within 5 minutes I received a UPS return label via email. Less than a week later I had a NEW replacement. Thank you for your support and a great low cost gateway.
