Review on Dritz 667 Tailors Marking Set by Tim Hollinger
Hard mechanical pencil
Works like a normal mechanical pencil. But I see two downsides: it only offers light colors (white, pink, and mid-blue/green), and changing the color requires endless clicking on it to pull out one piece and insert another. The chalk worked great, I would recommend it, but I would also recommend having a piece of tailor's chalk with you if you need a darker colour.
