The system has been extremely user friendly with our team, it's easy enough that even we can use without any prior experience in online accounting! Our Account Manager was also very helpful when working through some of my questions as well (and she works remotely!). I have had no issues since switching over from Quickbooks Online last year until now - not sure what changed but suddenly getting errors every time you try log into your account or make changes via Treckers website/app? Very frustrating especially if its something simple like changing an email address so they don't get confused about who does payroll etc. We are using this software solely because there isn’t anything else out here at present which allows us complete control while being more cost effective than other systems available currently- hopefully once others catch up then things will change again :) Great product though!! There really aren't many downsides either aside form having difficulty logging back onto accounts after restarting.
