Extremely sharp, beautiful knife. Excellent packaging, arrived the next day after ordering. I cut tomatoes, apples and potatoes straight out of the box to test them. I was shocked to find out how dull my $300 knives got after using this knife. Flawlessly cut and was able to slice slices so thin it looked like they really only had one side! Ha ha. Very impressed and there's a good chance I'll get more. My only constructive criticism is that this thing is so sharp it would be nice if it came with a sheath or even just a plastic sheath for the blade so you can safely toss it in a box or travel with it.
