Glasses arrived quickly, securely packaged. They keep the wine cool enough even though we keep the glasses in the freezer. We use them in 100 degree heat with the lid closed and chilled wine warms up a few degrees every few minutes, but I think they'll work much better in a less hot environment. They hold the temperature MUCH better than glass! The glasses feel solid and look great. We don't serve wine in large portions so the portion of the cup is a bit large for my taste and I would have liked the stem to be longer in relation to the cup. The lid isn't airtight, but if you accidentally knock over a glass, you won't lose more than a few drops of wine. We love them so much we use them every day for lunch and dinner on our patio!
