The team at approxen is really proffessional in every way possible! I have been working with them for over two years now and they are always willing to go above and beyond what you need or expect from an agency/team that's helping out your business achieve its goals online. Their customer service has never failed me (even when i'm not happy), their workmanship always exceeds my expectations & there will be no surprises once they start building it as per our requirements. They're great people to deal with - professional yet friendly which makes communication so much easier too! At this point we've worked together for about 2 1/2 year but that doesn't mean everything was perfect because yes, there were times where things could get stressful due to lack of resources etc. But overall the experience was very good even though some areas required more time than others before achieving results. So far all projects have exceeded client expectation by leaps and bounds! The team is very supportive and willing to go out of their way for you. They are always helpful when it comes to questions or issues that arise during development. I have no complaints about this product at all! It has been an amazing experience working with them so far. Their support staff gets things done quickly and efficiently. We were able to launch our app within 2 weeks from start to finish.
