This sleeping cap is very comfortable. It doesn't squeeze your head yet it stays very secure on one's head. It's very adjustable; therefore, it can accommodate a person's various hair styles. The cap is soft, lightweight and doesn't cause your head to overheat as you sleep. Also, the cap is adequate enough to keep the chill from your head outdoors. If you are a beanie wearer or a headscarf wearer, this cap is ideal for all of Spring and half of the Fall seasons. The cap washes well. I recommend using a fine garment mesh bag when washed. The lighter color caps shows the facial oil stains around the caps edges. Lastly, the cap is a good buy, and will buy again. Only improvement, the adjustable elastic should be wider.
