This is excellent food safe thread. The thickness is just right so it doesn't get in the way when cooking or baking, and big enough not to lose (it's hard to find). It's strong and durable and works as intended. I like that the spools are a bit smaller which makes them very easy to handle compared to the huge chunky reels. You get two (2) rolls for one great price. The string is an often overlooked tool. THIS STRING is great for groceries, projects and many unexpected uses. This is a must have for every kitchen and tool/craft box.
